At Ladnek Ltd. the safety of our people, our clients, and the environments we work in is non-negotiable. We operate under a structured Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) framework, hold active industry certifications, and comply fully with applicable environmental legislation.

HSE Policy Statement

Ladnek Limited is committed to the prevention of incidents that injure people, damage property, or harm the environment. Personnel at every level of the organisation have responsibilities that, when fulfilled, collectively contribute to our culture of safety and the prevention of incidents.

Responsibilities

Senior Management

Provides workplaces free from recognised occupational hazards, using systematic, risk-based processes that establish controls and continually improve operational safety.

Managers & Supervisors

Communicate and enforce HSE policies, train employees on safe work practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and are accountable for HSE performance within their areas.

Employees & Contract Workers

Actively participate in all HSE-related programmes and take personal accountability for their safety and the well-being of their colleagues.

HSE Personnel

Ensure that safe work processes, procedures, and practices are aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
